Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Informasi dan Robotika (JIFTI) is published twice a year, in June and December.

Manuscripts may be submitted at any time through the JIFTI online submission system. Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the nearest available issue after completing the editorial, peer-review, revision, and production processes.

The journal may publish articles online before the completion of an issue when necessary, while the final assignment of volume, issue, and publication information follows the journal's regular publication schedule.
